MOVIE OF THE MONTH

STAKEOUT

The 80's had some great films in the decade but Stakeout to me stands out among the top ten best 80's film of all time. It starred Richard Dreyfus and Emilio Estevez as two cops on a...stakeout. They are staking out a woman named Maria played by Madeline Stowe. Aidan Quinn plays the boyfriend of Madeline Stowe and he's the reason for the whole stakeout. It's an exciting comedy thriller that I highly reccomend. The sequel Another Stakeout was a lot funnier but wasn't as exciting. It co-starred Rosie O'Donnell as another stakeout-ee. Watch the first one and then the second either wise you won't get some jokes.

MISSION STATEMENT

Are you tired of the same old critics that love every film that comes out just too look good in Hollywood's eyes? Does the whole "TWO THUMBS UP" thing bother you like it does me? Then have no fear, Xander is here (and I so realize how absoutely pathetic that was to make that rhyme, honestly that was not my intention). My mission statement is simple: to tell you everything there is to know about the new films, or atleast the ones I see, which I see most of them just sometimes it takes me a while to see them all. I do have a life you know....sort of.... Hope you enjoy this site a lot more than my last site, it will have a lot more information that your looking for I promise.

JANUARY 2005!!!!!

Well. 2005 is finally upon us and the year is going to be great. First and foremost we get to experience the wonder that is Star Wars Episode III, Batman Beginning, Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and much more exciting films. Now of course we have to wait a while for some of these titles but fret not...January has some great titles for us to experience until then: Coach Carter, White Noise, Elektra, Alone in the Dark and much more!
